Qué es el onboarding cultural
Cultural onboarding helps new employees understand the unwritten rules of your organisation: how decisions are made, how disagreement is handled, what communication style is expected, which norms are sacred and which are flexible, and what the organisation genuinely values beyond its stated mission. Without this, new hires spend months learning by trial and error, sometimes making mistakes that damage early relationships and career trajectories that could have been avoided with explicit guidance.
Cómo hacerlo explícito
Escriban una guía de cultura que vaya más allá de su declaración de valores para describir comportamientos específicos. Asignen a cada nueva contratación un buddy con sensibilidad cultural cuyo papel explícito sea traducir normas no escritas.
