1.计划概述
BambooHR LLC（“BambooHR”） 提供推荐计划（“计划”），允许符合条件的参与者（“推荐人”）通过向 BambooHR 推荐新客户来获得奖励。这些推荐计划条款（“条款”）规制对计划的参与，并受 BambooHR 客户条款与隐私政策的约束。
BambooHR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time and for any reason. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to active Referrers with reasonable advance notice.
2.Eligibility Requirements
要参与计划，推荐人必须： (a) 作为当前付费订阅的活跃 BambooHR 客户； (b) 年满十八（18）岁； (c) 位于计划合法允许参与的司法辖区；以及 (d) 同意本条款。
Employees of BambooHR and its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Programme. BambooHR reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer who participates in the Programme through fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate means.
3.如何参与
符合条件的客户可以通过访问其 BambooHR 账户中的推荐仪表板并生成唯一推荐链接或推荐代码参与。推荐人需与潜在客户（“被推荐人”）分享该链接或代码。被推荐人注册 BambooHR 账户时使用推荐人的唯一链接或代码，才能跟踪该推荐。
Referrers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide the contact information of any Referee and that the Referee has consented to being contacted. Referrers must not use mass email campaigns, spam, or misleading messaging to distribute referral links.
4.合格推荐
当以下条件成立时，推荐被视为“合格推荐”： (a) 被推荐人是新近未拥有 BambooHR 账户或在过去十二（12）个月内未与 BambooHR 的销售团队进行活跃洽谈的 BambooHR 客户； (b) 被推荐人使用推荐人的唯一链接或代码签订付费的 BambooHR 订阅；以及 (c) 被推荐人的第一张发票已全额支付。
自我推荐（推荐人与被推荐人为同一实体或由同一人控制）、向现有 BambooHR 客户的推荐，以及 BambooHR 善意认定通过欺诈或虚假陈述获得的推荐不符合资格。
5.推荐奖励
一旦确认合格推荐，推荐人将在生成推荐链接时在 BambooHR 推荐仪表板中看到奖励。奖励可以账户积分、礼品卡或 BambooHR 指定的其他对价形式发放。被推荐人也可按 BambooHR 的决定获得促销福利。
BambooHR reserves the right to change reward amounts and structures at any time. Changes to reward amounts apply to referrals initiated after the date of the change. There is no cap on the number of Qualifying Referrals a single Referrer may make unless otherwise specified in the referral dashboard.
6.奖励支付
在确认合格推荐之日后60天内发放奖励。账户积分将记入推荐人的下一张发票中。礼品卡或其他非积分奖励将发送至与推荐人 BambooHR 账户关联的邮箱地址。
Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated, and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. BambooHR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards or rewards. Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, for which the Referrer is solely responsible.
7.Disqualification
BambooHR 保留在自行决定的情况下取消任何推荐资格并扣留或追回任何奖励的权利，若其认定：该推荐通过欺诈、虚假陈述或违反本条款获得；被推荐人未在90天内支付订阅；或推荐人/被推荐人违反了 BambooHR 的服务条款。
如奖励在发放后被追回，被推荐人的 BambooHR 账户将被收取相应奖励价值，或从未来已获得的奖励中扣除该金额。
