BambooHR 招聘现已包含原生录用通知书构建器。HR 管理员使用合并字段创建模板，这些字段会从候选人的申请数据中提取内容（姓名、岗位、薪资、入职日期、地点）。当候选人进入录用阶段时，招聘经理选择模板，检查已填充好的录用通知书，并一键发送电子签名。候选人会通过电子邮件收到录用通知，并可在任何设备上数字签署。已签署的通知书会自动存储在候选人的档案中。
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
