JUN 10, 2026
The new BambooHR Hiring Workflow Builder lets you design, customise, and automate your entire recruitment pipeline without any technical setup.
The new drag-and-drop Hiring Workflow Builder replaces the previous fixed pipeline stages with a fully configurable system. Create as many custom stages as your process requires, assign default interviewers and scorecards to each stage, and set automated communications that trigger when a candidate moves between stages. New: one-click candidate comparison view that displays all applicants for a role side by side with their scorecard ratings, making shortlisting decisions faster and more consistent.
