报告的新内容
The rebuilt BambooHR Reporting Suite features a new drag-and-drop report builder with real-time preview, 40 new pre-built report templates, a chart builder for visualising any dataset, and a new Scheduled Reports feature that automatically runs and emails reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Every report can be filtered, grouped, and sorted without any technical knowledge, and saved as a template for reuse. All existing saved reports are preserved and available in the new interface.
跨模块报告
首次，BambooHR 报告可以在一份报告中调用多个模块的数据：将员工记录字段与缺勤数据、绩效评级、培训完成情况和招聘管道数据结合起来。这使得构建复合报告成为可能，例如“按部门统计员工总数，并显示平均任职年限、最近一次绩效评级以及过去 12 个月的缺勤天数”，而无需任何数据导出或电子表格工作。重建后的报告套件自 BambooHR 年 2026 月起向所有客户开放。
