BambooHR Hiringには、ネイティブのオファーレタービルダーが追加されました。HR管理者は、候補者の応募データ（氏名、役割、給与、開始日、勤務地）から差し込みフィールドを取り込むテンプレートを作成します。候補者がオファー段階に進むと、採用担当マネージャーがテンプレートを選択し、入力済みのレターを確認し、ワンクリックで電子署名依頼を送信します。候補者はメールでオファーを受け取り、任意の端末からデジタル署名します。署名済みレターは候補者の記録に自動保存されます。
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
