BambooHR's の新しいAdvanced People Analyticsモジュールは、HRリーダーに対して、事前構築済みおよびカスタムのダッシュボード、トレンド分析、予測的な人員インサイトを提供します。
Advanced People Analyticsの内容
新モジュールには、ヘッドカウント、離職率、採用までの時間、エンゲージメント、欠勤、報酬をカバーする 25 の事前構築済みダッシュボードテンプレートが含まれます。各テンプレートは完全にカスタマイズ可能で、部門、勤務地、雇用形態、期間で絞り込めます。今回のリリースでは、在籍期間、パフォーマンス、欠勤、エンゲージメントの傾向に基づいて自発的離職のリスクが高い社員を特定する予測離職モデルも追加されました。HRリーダーは、チームの離職リスクスコアが定められた閾値を超えたときにアラートを出す設定ができます。

Advanced People Analytics is available as an add-on for BambooHR Core, Pro, and Elite customers. A 30-day free trial is available for all existing customers.
