BambooHR now includes native wellbeing and eNPS surveys, making it easier to measure how your employees are really feeling.

BambooHR's の新しいWellbeing Surveys機能では、HR管理者が社員満足度、燃え尽きリスク、ワークライフバランス、マネージャーの有効性に関するパルスサーベイを実施できます。事前構築済みの調査テンプレートを選ぶか、ドラッグ＆ドロップ式の質問エディタでカスタム調査を作成してください。調査はメールとBambooHRモバイルアプリを通じて自動配信されます。結果は匿名化され、チームレベルで集計され、個人の機密性を保護するため最低5件の回答しきい値が設定されています。
eNPS の追跡とトレンド分析
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is now tracked automatically with each survey cycle. BambooHR plots eNPS over time and segments by department, location, and tenure band. Administrators can set a survey cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and BambooHR handles distribution and reminders automatically. Results feed directly into the People Analytics dashboard so you can see the relationship between eNPS and other workforce metrics in one view.
