BambooHR Benefits Administrationは、HRチーム向けの中央集約型福利厚生管理ハブと、社員向けのセルフサービス加入体験を提供します。健康保険、生命保険、年金プラン、自転車通勤制度、柔軟福利厚生手当を含む、組織の福利厚生を設定できます。資格ルールと加入期間を設定してください。社員はログインして現在の福利厚生を確認し、異なる選択肢のコストを試算し、選択手続きを行えます。紙のフォームもHRへのメールも不要です。
オープン加入を簡単に
The open-enrolment workflow guides employees step by step through their benefit choices, displays the employee and employer cost of each option, and confirms selections before submission. HR administrators see real-time enrolment progress and can send reminders to employees who have not yet completed their elections. Completed enrolments update automatically in the employee record and can be exported for transmission to benefit providers. Available for BambooHR Pro customers from June 2026.
