BambooHR's の再構築された Reporting Suite により、組織が必要とする人材データを、より迅速かつ簡単に作成、スケジュール設定、共有できるようになります。
Reporting の新機能
The rebuilt BambooHR Reporting Suite features a new drag-and-drop report builder with real-time preview, 40 new pre-built report templates, a chart builder for visualising any dataset, and a new Scheduled Reports feature that automatically runs and emails reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Every report can be filtered, grouped, and sorted without any technical knowledge, and saved as a template for reuse. All existing saved reports are preserved and available in the new interface.
モジュール横断レポーティング
初めて、BambooHR のレポートは、1つのレポート内で複数のモジュールのデータを活用できるようになります。従業員記録の項目に、休暇データ、評価、研修修了、採用パイプラインのデータを組み合わせることが可能です。これにより、「平均勤続年数、直近の評価、過去 12 か月の欠勤日数を示す部署別の人員数」のような複合レポートを、データのエクスポートやスプレッドシート作業なしで作成できます。再構築された Reporting Suite は、BambooHR のお客様すべてに 2026 からご利用いただけます。
