What automated onboarding does
BambooHR Automated Onboardingにより、HRチームは新しい社員記録が作成されると自動で起動する複数ステップのオンボーディングワークフローを構築できます。各ワークフローには、期限と担当者（HR、IT、採用担当マネージャー、バディ）付きのタスク割り当て、文書依頼（例：就労資格書類、署名済みポリシー）、電子署名依頼（契約書、ハンドブック確認）、CEOまたはHRチームからの時限ウェルカムメッセージを含めることができます。タスクは関係者の BambooHR のTo-doリストに表示され、期限が来るとメールとモバイル通知が届きます。
Templates for every role type
BambooHR ships with eight ready-to-use onboarding workflow templates: office-based, hybrid, fully remote, field-based, temporary, apprentice, graduate, and executive. Each template can be customised and saved as your own. Role-specific variants can be created for recurring role types such as Sales Executive, Software Engineer, and Warehouse Operative, so the right tasks and documents are automatically assigned for each new hire without any manual configuration.
