يتضمن BambooHR Hiring الآن منشئًا أصليًا لخطابات العرض. ينشئ مسؤولو الموارد البشرية القوالب باستخدام حقول دمج تسحب البيانات من طلب المرشح (الاسم، الدور، الراتب، تاريخ البدء، الموقع). وعندما يصل المرشح إلى مرحلة العرض، يختار مدير التوظيف القالب، ويراجع الخطاب المُعبّأ، ويرسله للتوقيع الإلكتروني بنقرة واحدة. ويتلقى المرشح العرض عبر البريد الإلكتروني ويوقعه رقميًا من أي جهاز. وتُخزن الخطابات الموقعة تلقائيًا في سجل المرشح.
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
