Are your project managers certified?
Yes. Our project managers hold recognised accreditations such as PRINCE2 and PMP and apply them pragmatically to HR technology delivery. Method is used to reduce risk and add clarity, never as bureaucracy for its own sake.
Which methodologies and frameworks do you use?
We draw on PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, MSP, MoR and P3O. The right blend is chosen for your project so governance suits its size and complexity.
What project artefacts will we receive?
You get a milestone-driven project plan and Gantt with dependencies and critical path, an actively managed RAID log, a governance model with steering committees and stage gates, and regular transparent status reporting.
How will we know the status of the project?
We provide regular, transparent status reporting through a dedicated project management platform, so stakeholders always know where the project stands, what the risks are and what the next milestone is.
How do you manage risks and issues?
Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are tracked in a RAID log that is actively managed throughout the project. Weekly delivery control and risk management mean problems are surfaced and owned early rather than discovered late.
Who sits on the project governance?
Governance typically includes a steering committee with senior sponsors from your organisation and Grouper, plus defined decision rights and stage gates. This keeps the programme controlled and ensures decisions are made quickly and stick.
How does your delivery governance work in practice?
We initiate with a charter, scope, governance and RAID log, plan with a milestone-driven schedule and stage gates, control through weekly delivery management and transparent reporting, then close with stage-gate sign-off, a benefits review and a clean handover to support.
