BambooHR Benefits Administration erbjuder en centraliserad navlösning för hantering av förmåner för HR-team och en självbetjäningsupplevelse för inskrivning för medarbetare. Konfigurera organisationens förmånsutbud, inklusive sjukförsäkring, livförsäkring, pensionsplaner, cykel-till-arbete-upplägg och flexibla förmånsersättningar. Medarbetare loggar in för att se sina nuvarande förmåner, modellera kostnaden för olika alternativ och göra val, allt utan pappersblankett eller e-post till HR.

The open-enrolment workflow guides employees step by step through their benefit choices, displays the employee and employer cost of each option, and confirms selections before submission. HR administrators see real-time enrolment progress and can send reminders to employees who have not yet completed their elections. Completed enrolments update automatically in the employee record and can be exported for transmission to benefit providers. Available for BambooHR Pro customers from June 2026.
