The Employee Net Promoter Score adapts the customer NPS method to the workplace. Employees answer, on a 0–10 scale, how likely they are to recommend the organisation as a place to work, and are grouped into promoters, passives and detractors.
The score gives a quick, trackable indicator of overall sentiment that is easy to communicate to leadership and monitor over time.
