The new drag-and-drop Hiring Workflow Builder replaces the previous fixed pipeline stages with a fully configurable system. Create as many custom stages as your process requires, assign default interviewers and scorecards to each stage, and set automated communications that trigger when a candidate moves between stages. New: one-click candidate comparison view that displays all applicants for a role side by side with their scorecard ratings, making shortlisting decisions faster and more consistent.
Integrert intervjuplanlegging
BambooHR Hiring integreres nå direkte med Google Kalender og Microsoft 365. Intervjuere kan angi tilgjengelighet i BambooHR; kandidater mottar en selvplanleggingslenke og velger et tidspunkt blant de tilgjengelige tidene. Bekreftelses-e-poster og kalenderinvitasjoner sendes automatisk. Påminnelser sendes 24 timer før intervjuet. Planleggingsintegrasjonen er tilgjengelig for alle BambooHR Hiring-kunder fra juni 2026.
