Welzijnsenquêtes in BambooHR
BambooHR's nieuwe functie Welzijnsenquêtes stelt HR-administrators in staat pulse-enquêtes uit te voeren over medewerkerstevredenheid, risico op burn-out, werk-privébalans en effectiviteit van managers. Kies uit kant-en-klare enquêtesjablonen of bouw een aangepaste enquête met een drag-and-drop vrageneditor. Enquêtes worden automatisch verspreid via e-mail en de mobiele app van BambooHR. Resultaten worden geanonimiseerd en op teamniveau samengevoegd, met een minimumdrempel van vijf reacties om de vertrouwelijkheid van individuen te beschermen.
eNPS bijhouden en trendanalyse
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is now tracked automatically with each survey cycle. BambooHR plots eNPS over time and segments by department, location, and tenure band. Administrators can set a survey cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and BambooHR handles distribution and reminders automatically. Results feed directly into the People Analytics dashboard so you can see the relationship between eNPS and other workforce metrics in one view.
