1.Overview
The BambooHR open API makes it easy to integrate other applications with BambooHR so that data can be shared across systems. The BambooHR API is a RESTful internet protocol built around making semantically meaningful HTTPS requests to access or modify a resource, most commonly an employee record. The API can be used to retrieve or manipulate employee data and to generate reports in several formats.

2.API 접근 권한 받기
이 이용 약관을 따르는 한, BambooHR는 BambooHR의 지적 재산권에 따라 APIs를 개발, 테스트 및 지원하고, 귀하의 애플리케이션 내에서 API에 대한 귀하의 통합을 귀하의 고객이 사용할 수 있도록 하는 데 필요한 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도 불가하고 이전 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.

3.당신의 API 액세스 범위

당신의 API 접근 권한은 아래 활동에 관여하거나 이를 확장하지 않으며, 다음 활동을 수행해서는 안 됩니다: (1) 다른 사람으로 가장하기; (2) 자신이 다른 사람이나 기관과 연관되어 있다고 잘못 말하거나 암시하기; (3) 누군가의 콘텐츠를 다른 사람에게 보여주기 위해 API 접근을 사용하는 것, 예를 들어 검색 결과의 일부로 사용하는 것; (4) 성인 콘텐츠를 포함한 애플리케이션에서 API를 사용하거나 도박을 조장하거나 21세 미만에게 담배나 주류를 판매하는 행위를 포함하거나, 또는 기타 적용 가능한 법규를 위반하는 행위; (5) 콘텐츠를 API를 통해 제출하고 이를 제3자 검색 결과와 함께 집계하여 최종 사용자가 콘텐츠를 BambooHR에 속한다고 attributed 하지 못하게 하는 행위; (6) 누구의 지적 재산권이나 기타 권리를 도용하거나 침해하는 내용을 API를 통해 제출하거나 링크를 걸거나, API의 운영을 방해하거나 누구의 개인정보 또는 초상권을 침해하거나 비밀유지 의무를 위반하거나 BambooHR 또는 BambooHR 고객에 대한 기밀 정보를 허가 없이 제공하거나, 또는 BambooHR의 합리적 판단에 따라 괴롭히거나 명예를 훼손하거나 모욕적이거나 외설적이거나 그 밖의 불쾌한 내용을 담고 있는 경우; (7) 컴퓨팅 소프트웨어나 하드웨어의 기능을 방해, 손상 또는 제한하도록 설계된 바이러스, 웜, 맬웨어 또는 다른 코드를 포함하거나 설치하는 콘텐츠를 제출하는 행위; (8) 거짓이거나 기만적인 언어, 입증되지 않은 비교 주장, 스팸, 연결 고리 문자(사슬 문자) 또는 기타 모든 권유를 포함하는 콘텐츠를 제출하는 행위.
또한 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다: BambooHR가 제공한 서면 지침에 설명된 범위를 벗어나거나 통합 범위 내에서 구체적으로 합의되고 요구된 범위를 넘어 고객 데이터를 사용하는 행위; BambooHR 웹 서비스, 고객 시스템 또는 데이터 마이그레이션 도구를 사용하여 BambooHR 플랫폼에 BambooHR가 권장하는 범위를 넘어 콘텐츠를 입력하는 행위(의문이 있는 경우에는 항상 BambooHR Relationship Manager에게 문의해야 함); BambooHR 직원의 서면 확인 없이 제3자 통합 또는 애플리케이션을 개발하는 행위 및 구축되는 모든 통합이 BambooHR가 제공한 서면 지침을 준수하도록 보장하지 않는 행위; BambooHR의 API를 통해 취득한 데이터를 귀하가 본 약관에 동의한 당사 회사를 제외한 누구에게든 배포하거나 접근을 허용하는 행위, 또는 콘텐츠나 데이터에 대한 접근을 가능하게 하는 애플리케이션 프로그래밍 인터페이스를 생성하는 행위(BambooHR API 및 콘텐츠에 접근하려는 사람은 누구나 이를 위해 BambooHR의 API를 사용해야 함); 또는 BambooHR 고객이나 다른 파트너의 전문적 평판, 관계 또는 전문 생태계에 해를 끼치는 기능이나 비즈니스 관행을 구현하는 행위.
4.테스트 계정
You may create up to two BambooHR test accounts for the purpose of testing your application only. You must create these accounts manually and not via any automated means, such as scripts. Test accounts must not interact with non-test accounts or other Partner services (for example, you may not use test accounts to post fake or real jobs to existing BambooHR job board partners) or override the BambooHR API call limits.
5.지원 및 수정
BambooHR may provide you with support or modifications for the APIs at its sole discretion and may stop providing support or modifications at any time without notice or liability to you. BambooHR may release subsequent versions of the APIs and require that you use those subsequent versions. Where reasonably possible, BambooHR will keep APIs backward compatible, but will expect a proactive approach from all API users to use the most recent version.
Your continued use of the APIs following a new release of the API or modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. You are responsible for ensuring your application remains compatible with the then-current version of the BambooHR API.
6.통지 및 소환장 송달
Informational resources are made available via access to the BambooHR Partner Portal. This content is owned and made available by BambooHR. BambooHR may notify you via updates on the Partner Portal or via the email address associated with your Partner Portal account, test accounts, or BambooHR user account on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are kept up to date.
7.API 접근 권한의 종료 및 삭제
BambooHR reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend, or terminate your API access or access to the BambooHR platform. BambooHR may amend these Terms and will provide the latest version upon each agreement renewal.
Upon termination of your API access for any reason, you must immediately cease all use of the APIs, delete all BambooHR data in your possession obtained through the APIs (unless required to retain it by applicable law), and cease representing yourself as a BambooHR API partner.
8.불법 및 이상 활동
Other practices may be relevant in determining legitimate use and BambooHR reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, or unusual activity into account in making its determination. BambooHR may, at its option, terminate its relationship with you or suspend your API access immediately if it determines you are using your access contrary to these Terms. Where reasonable, BambooHR will provide you with notice of improper usage before suspending or terminating your access.
9.Monitoring
You agree to assist BambooHR in verifying your compliance with these Terms by providing information about your integration and application, which may also include access to your application and other materials related to your use of the APIs. If you do not demonstrate full compliance with these Terms, BambooHR may restrict or terminate your access to the APIs.
