BambooHR 채용에는 이제 기본 제안서 작성기가 포함됩니다. HR 관리자는 지원자의 지원 데이터(이름, 역할, 급여, 시작일, 위치)에서 가져오는 병합 필드를 사용하여 템플릿을 만듭니다. 지원자가 오퍼 단계에 도달하면 채용 관리자가 템플릿을 선택하고 채워진 제안서를 검토한 뒤 한 번의 클릭으로 전자 서명을 위해 보냅니다. 지원자는 이메일로 제안서를 받고 어떤 기기에서든 디지털 서명을 합니다. 서명된 문서는 지원자 기록에 자동 저장됩니다.
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
