What automated onboarding does
BambooHR 자동 온보딩을 통해 HR 팀은 새 직원 레코드가 생성되는 즉시 자동으로 트리거되는 다단계 온보딩 워크플로를 구축할 수 있습니다. 각 워크플로에는 마감일과 담당자(HR, IT, 채용 관리자, 버디)가 포함된 작업 할당, 문서 요청(예: 근로 자격 문서, 서명된 정책), 전자 서명 요청(계약서, 핸드북 확인), CEO 또는 HR 팀의 정시 환영 메시지가 포함될 수 있습니다. 작업은 관련 담당자의 BambooHR 할 일 목록에 표시되며, 기한이 되면 이메일 및 모바일 알림을 받습니다.
Templates for every role type
BambooHR ships with eight ready-to-use onboarding workflow templates: office-based, hybrid, fully remote, field-based, temporary, apprentice, graduate, and executive. Each template can be customised and saved as your own. Role-specific variants can be created for recurring role types such as Sales Executive, Software Engineer, and Warehouse Operative, so the right tasks and documents are automatically assigned for each new hire without any manual configuration.
