Are your project managers certified?
Yes. Our project managers hold recognised accreditations such as PRINCE2 and PMP and apply them pragmatically to HR technology delivery. Method is used to reduce risk and add clarity, never as bureaucracy for its own sake.
Which methodologies and frameworks do you use?
We draw on PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, MSP, MoR and P3O. The right blend is chosen for your project so governance suits its size and complexity.
What project artefacts will we receive?
You get a milestone-driven project plan and Gantt with dependencies and critical path, an actively managed RAID log, a governance model with steering committees and stage gates, and regular transparent status reporting.
How will we know the status of the project?
We provide regular, transparent status reporting through a dedicated project management platform, so stakeholders always know where the project stands, what the risks are and what the next milestone is.
How do you manage risks and issues?
Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are tracked in a RAID log that is actively managed throughout the project. Weekly delivery control and risk management mean problems are surfaced and owned early rather than discovered late.
Who sits on the project governance?
Governance typically includes a steering committee with senior sponsors from your organisation and Grouper, plus defined decision rights and stage gates. This keeps the programme controlled and ensures decisions are made quickly and stick.
How does your delivery governance work in practice?
We initiate with a charter, scope, governance and RAID log, plan with a milestone-driven schedule and stage gates, control through weekly delivery management and transparent reporting, then close with stage-gate sign-off, a benefits review and a clean handover to support.
What happens if the project falls behind or scope changes?
Change is managed formally. We assess the impact of any variation on time, cost and risk, agree it with you through the governance process, and update the plan so scope stays controlled and there are no silent overruns.
How does GDPR feature in project governance?
Data protection and information security are tracked as part of the RAID log and stage gates. Compliance activities are planned milestones with owners, so GDPR obligations are met and evidenced before go-live rather than left to chance.
How does project management fit with the rest of the delivery?
Project management is the discipline that holds the implementation methodology, data migration, integration and training together. The named project manager coordinates every specialist so the programme runs as one controlled engagement.
