1.プログラムの概要
BambooHR LLC（"BambooHR"）は、適格な参加者（"紹介者"）が新規顧客をBambooHRに紹介することにより報酬を得ることができる紹介プログラム（"プログラム"）を提供します。これらの紹介プログラム条項（"条項"）はプログラムへの参加を支配し、BambooHRのサービス利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。
BambooHR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time and for any reason. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to active Referrers with reasonable advance notice.
2.Eligibility Requirements
プログラムへ参加するには、紹介者は次を満たす必要があります：(a) 現在進行中の支払済みサブスクリプションを有する有効なBambooHRの顧客であること；(b) 18歳以上であること；(c) プログラムへの参加が法的に認められている管轄区域に所在すること；(d) これらの条項に同意すること。
Employees of BambooHR and its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Programme. BambooHR reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer who participates in the Programme through fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate means.
3.参加方法
適格顧客は、自身のBambooHRアカウント内の紹介ダッシュボードにアクセスして、固有の紹介リンクまたは紹介コードを生成することで参加できます。紹介者はこのリンクまたはコードを将来の顧客（"被紹介者"）と共有する必要があります。被紹介者は、紹介者の固有リンクまたはコードを使用してBambooHRアカウントにサインアップしなければ、紹介が追跡されません。
Referrers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide the contact information of any Referee and that the Referee has consented to being contacted. Referrers must not use mass email campaigns, spam, or misleading messaging to distribute referral links.
4.適格紹介
紹介は次の条件を満たすとき「適格紹介」となります：(a) 被紹介者が以前にBambooHRアカウントを持っておらず、過去12か月以内にBambooHRのセールスチームと活発な話し合いをしていない新規BambooHR顧客であること；(b) 被紹介者が紹介者の固有リンクまたはコードを使用して有料のBambooHRサブスクリプションにサインアップすること；(c) 被紹介者の最初の請求書が全額支払われていること。
自己紹介（紹介者と被紹介者が同一企業または同一人物により支配されている場合）、既存のBambooHR顧客への紹介、またはBambooHRが善意のうち詐欺や虚偽の表示によって取得されたと判断する紹介は適格ではありません。
5.紹介報酬
適格紹介が確認された時点で、紹介者は紹介リンクが生成された時点でBambooHR紹介ダッシュボードに指定された報酬を受け取ります。報酬はアカウントクレジット、ギフトカード、またはBambooHRが定めるその他の対価の形をとる場合があります。被紹介者はBambooHRの裁量により販促特典を受けることもあります。
BambooHR reserves the right to change reward amounts and structures at any time. Changes to reward amounts apply to referrals initiated after the date of the change. There is no cap on the number of Qualifying Referrals a single Referrer may make unless otherwise specified in the referral dashboard.
6.報酬の支払い
適格紹介が確認されてから60日以内に報酬を発行します。アカウントクレジットは紹介者の次回請求書に適用されます。ギフトカードやその他の非クレジット報酬は、紹介者のBambooHRアカウントに紐づくメールアドレス宛に送付されます。
Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated, and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. BambooHR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards or rewards. Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, for which the Referrer is solely responsible.
7.Disqualification
BambooHRは、次の場合にはいかなる紹介も失格とし、報酬を留保または返還する権利を有します：紹介が詐欺、虚偽表示、またはこれらの条項の違反によって取得されたと単独裁で判断された場合；被紹介者が90日以内にサブスクリプションを解約するか支払いをしない場合；または紹介者または被紹介者がBambooHRの利用規約に違反した場合。
報酬がすでに支払われた後に報酬が取り戻された場合、紹介者のBambooHRアカウントに、その報酬の価値が課金されるか、将来獲得報酬からその金額が控除されます。
