Perché l’onboarding specifico per ruolo supera i programmi generici
MAR 22, 2026
Start by identifying your five or ten most frequently hired role types. For each, interview the hiring manager and two or three high performers in the role to identify: the most critical knowledge a new hire needs in week one, the relationships they most need to build in the first month, the most common mistakes new hires make, and the earliest meaningful task they can undertake that uses their primary skills. Build a role-specific onboarding track for each type with specific tasks, introductions, and learning resources. Store these in your HRIS so they are assigned automatically when a new hire is created in the relevant role.
