Novità in 3.0
BambooHR Mobile App 3.0 has been rebuilt from the ground up with a new navigation structure, faster loading times, and a redesigned home screen that surfaces the actions employees use most. New features include: time-off request and approval directly from the home screen, push notifications for pending approvals and onboarding tasks, an enhanced org chart with photos and direct-message links, and a new document hub where employees can access and e-sign HR documents from their phone.

I manager ottengono una nuova Team View nella schermata iniziale che mostra chi è in ufficio, chi è in ferie e chi ha attività in ritardo. Possono approvare o rifiutare richieste di ferie con un solo tocco. Registrano feedback sulle performance e il progresso degli obiettivi. Visualizzano trend di engagement e assenze a livello di team. L'app mobile BambooHR 3.0 è disponibile ora per iOS e Android. Agli utenti esistenti verrà richiesto di aggiornare automaticamente.
