BambooHR Benefits Administration tarjoaa keskitetyn etujen hallintakeskuksen HR-tiimeille sekä itsepalveluun perustuvan ilmoittautumiskokemuksen työntekijöille. The open-enrolment workflow guides employees step by step through their benefit choices, displays the employee and employer cost of each option, and confirms selections before submission. HR administrators see real-time enrolment progress and can send reminders to employees who have not yet completed their elections. Completed enrolments update automatically in the employee record and can be exported for transmission to benefit providers. Available for BambooHR Pro customers from June 2026.
