BambooHR now includes native wellbeing and eNPS surveys, making it easier to measure how your employees are really feeling.
Wellbeing-Umfragen in BambooHR
BambooHR's neue Funktion „Wellbeing Surveys“ ermöglicht es HR-Administratoren, Pulsumfragen zu Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Burnout-Risiko, Work-Life-Balance und Wirksamkeit der Führungskräfte durchzuführen. Wählen Sie aus vorgefertigten Umfragevorlagen oder erstellen Sie eine benutzerdefinierte Umfrage mit einem Drag-and-Drop-Frageneditor. Die Umfragen werden automatisch per E-Mail und über die BambooHR Mobile App verteilt. Die Ergebnisse werden anonymisiert und auf Teamebene aggregiert, mit einem Mindestschwellenwert von fünf Antworten zum Schutz der Vertraulichkeit einzelner Personen.
eNPS-Tracking und Trendanalyse
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is now tracked automatically with each survey cycle. BambooHR plots eNPS over time and segments by department, location, and tenure band. Administrators can set a survey cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and BambooHR handles distribution and reminders automatically. Results feed directly into the People Analytics dashboard so you can see the relationship between eNPS and other workforce metrics in one view.
