What automated onboarding does
BambooHR Automated Onboarding ermöglicht es HR-Teams, mehrstufige Onboarding-Workflows zu erstellen, die automatisch ausgelöst werden, wenn ein neuer Mitarbeitendendatensatz angelegt wird. Jeder Workflow kann Folgendes enthalten: Aufgaben-Zuweisungen mit Fälligkeiten und Verantwortlichen (HR, IT, Hiring Manager, Buddy), Dokumentenanforderungen (z. B. Arbeitsrechtsdokumente, unterzeichnete Richtlinien), E-Signatur-Anfragen (Vertrag, Bestätigung des Handbuchs) und zeitgesteuerte Willkommensnachrichten vom CEO oder HR-Team. Aufgaben erscheinen in der BambooHR-To-do-Liste der jeweiligen Person, und sie erhalten E-Mail- und Mobile-Benachrichtigungen, wenn etwas fällig ist.
Templates for every role type
BambooHR ships with eight ready-to-use onboarding workflow templates: office-based, hybrid, fully remote, field-based, temporary, apprentice, graduate, and executive. Each template can be customised and saved as your own. Role-specific variants can be created for recurring role types such as Sales Executive, Software Engineer, and Warehouse Operative, so the right tasks and documents are automatically assigned for each new hire without any manual configuration.
