Do you provide architecture and API-flow diagrams?
Yes. Every integration engagement includes an architecture and API-flow design showing what connects to what, how data flows and how identity and security are handled. We agree it with your IT team before any build begins, so the design is owned jointly.
Which systems can you integrate with BambooHR?
We integrate BambooHR with payroll, finance and ERP, identity providers, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace, learning platforms, CRM, e-signature, recruitment tools and BI such as Power BI. If a system has an API, file exchange or connector, we can usually integrate it.
How is systems integration priced?
We scope integration design, available connectors and any bespoke work before starting. Your proposal identifies the work and associated charges.
How do you build integrations technically?
We use native REST and Graph APIs, event-driven webhooks for near real-time sync, middleware or iPaaS where multiple systems and transformations are involved, and custom connectors where needed. The approach is chosen to fit each system rather than forcing one method everywhere.
How do you keep integrations low risk?
New connections read before they ever write, so nothing is overwritten by accident, and every integration is proven in a sandbox with a sample delta before go-live. Employee identifiers are aligned across systems, and failures are detected, alerted and recoverable by design.
How do you support secure data handling across systems?
Integration designs can use encrypted channels and least-privilege access, align employee identifiers and document personal-data flows. These controls can support your organisation's data-protection assessment and records of processing.
Who is involved from our side?
Typically your IT or systems team, plus owners of the connected applications such as payroll or finance. Grouper provides certified integration and security specialists and an accredited project manager, so responsibilities and credentials are handled cleanly on both sides.
What happens when an integration fails or a system changes?
Integrations are built with monitoring and alerting so failures are detected rather than discovered weeks later. During managed support we watch integration health proactively and adjust connectors when a connected system changes its API or your processes evolve.
When in the journey does integration happen?
Integration follows solution design and configuration, once the core platform and data model are stable. Advanced automations are deliberately held back until after launch, so the foundation is solid before we layer more connections on top.
Can you take over integrations another partner built?
Yes. We start with a review of the existing architecture and API flows, document what is really happening, then stabilise, secure or rebuild as needed. A health check is often the fastest way to understand what you have inherited.
How is integration success measured?
We look at whether data stays in sync without manual intervention, the reduction in double keying, and clean run rates with few failed jobs. These outcomes are reviewed in your quarterly business reviews so the integration layer keeps earning its place.
