How long does the transfer take?
Most transfers complete within two to four weeks, and can be timed around your current renewal date if you are mid-contract elsewhere. Your team continues using BambooHR as normal throughout.
Will our employees notice anything changing?
No. The login, the interface, and the data your employees see all stay exactly as they are. The only difference they might notice is faster answers when they need help.
Do we need to re-sign a contract with BambooHR?
Your existing subscription terms and pricing carry over. Grouper coordinates the account transfer directly with BambooHR, so there is no renegotiation required on your part.
What happens to our existing integrations and custom configuration?
They stay exactly as they are. Because your data and configuration never leave BambooHR, nothing needs to be rebuilt or re-connected.
