Os resultados são anonimizados e agregados no nível da equipe, com um limite mínimo de cinco respostas para proteger a confidencialidade individual.
Rastreamento eNPS e análise de tendências
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is now tracked automatically with each survey cycle. BambooHR plots eNPS over time and segments by department, location, and tenure band. Administrators can set a survey cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and BambooHR handles distribution and reminders automatically. Results feed directly into the People Analytics dashboard so you can see the relationship between eNPS and other workforce metrics in one view.
