BambooHR Hiring כולל כעת בונה מכתבי הצעה מובנה. מנהלי HR יוצרים תבניות באמצעות שדות מיזוג ששואבים מנתוני הבקשה של המועמד (שם, תפקיד, שכר, תאריך התחלה, מיקום). כאשר מועמד מגיע לשלב ההצעה, מנהל הגיוס בוחר את התבנית, סוקר את המכתב הממולא, ושולח אותו לחתימה אלקטרונית בלחיצה אחת. המועמד מקבל את ההצעה בדוא"ל וחותם דיגיטלית מכל מכשיר. מכתבים חתומים נשמרים אוטומטית ברשומת המועמד.
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
