The new drag-and-drop Hiring Workflow Builder replaces the previous fixed pipeline stages with a fully configurable system. Create as many custom stages as your process requires, assign default interviewers and scorecards to each stage, and set automated communications that trigger when a candidate moves between stages. New: one-click candidate comparison view that displays all applicants for a role side by side with their scorecard ratings, making shortlisting decisions faster and more consistent.
Planification intégrée des entretiens
BambooHR Hiring s’intègre désormais directement à Google Calendar et à Microsoft 365. Les recruteurs peuvent définir leurs disponibilités dans BambooHR ; les candidats reçoivent un lien d’auto-planification et choisissent un créneau parmi les horaires disponibles. Les e-mails de confirmation et les invitations de calendrier sont envoyés automatiquement. Les rappels sont envoyés 24 heures avant l’entretien. L’intégration de planification est disponible pour tous les clients BambooHR Hiring depuis juin 2026.
