What does continuous improvement include?
It is an ongoing service made up of a living improvement backlog, regular benchmarking, targeted optimisation of configuration, workflows and integrations, and an annual health review. Together these keep the platform fitting how you actually work as your organisation changes.
How is continuous improvement priced?
Optimisation, gap assessments and larger enhancements are scoped in your service proposal so you can assess the work, charges and expected outcomes.
How is the improvement backlog prioritised?
The backlog is prioritised with you, weighing impact, effort and your current goals, and it is revisited at your quarterly business reviews. This keeps the most valuable improvements moving first rather than whatever shouts loudest.
What is benchmarking and why does it matter?
Benchmarking compares your configuration, adoption and processes against European best practice to reveal the next opportunity. It stops the platform quietly drifting out of date and gives an objective basis for what to improve next.
Who is involved from our side?
Your HR administrators and leadership take part in prioritisation and the annual review, with an IT contact where integrations are involved. Day-to-day delivery of improvements sits with Grouper, so the effort on your side stays manageable.
How does the annual health review work?
The annual health review is a structured assessment across configuration, data, integration, reporting and compliance, scored against best practice. It resets priorities for the year ahead and de-risks the platform in the same way a pre-implementation health check does.
How does this keep us compliant as regulations change?
As employment and data-protection requirements evolve across the markets you operate in, we fold the necessary configuration and process changes into the improvement backlog. This means GDPR and local compliance are maintained continuously, not left to a scramble.
How do improvements get delivered without disrupting us?
Changes are worked through on a steady, agreed cadence, tested before release and communicated to affected users. Anything significant follows the same disciplined change approach we use during implementation, so improvement never means disruption.
How does continuous improvement relate to quarterly reviews?
Quarterly business reviews set and check the priorities, and continuous improvement is where those priorities actually get delivered. The two form a loop: review decides, improvement delivers, the next review measures the result.
What happens if our organisation changes significantly?
