The new drag-and-drop Hiring Workflow Builder replaces the previous fixed pipeline stages with a fully configurable system. Create as many custom stages as your process requires, assign default interviewers and scorecards to each stage, and set automated communications that trigger when a candidate moves between stages. New: one-click candidate comparison view that displays all applicants for a role side by side with their scorecard ratings, making shortlisting decisions faster and more consistent.
Integreret planlægning af interviews
BambooHR Hiring integrerer nu direkte med Google Calendar og Microsoft 365. Interviewere kan angive deres tilgængelighed i BambooHR; kandidater modtager et selvbookingslink og vælger en tid blandt de tilgængelige. Bekræftelses-e-mails og kalenderinvitationer sendes automatisk. Påmindelser sendes 24 timer før interviewet. Planlægningsintegrationen er tilgængelig for alle BambooHR Hiring-kunder fra juni 2026.
