Frequently asked questions

Will switching to Grouper change my BambooHR software?

No. You keep the exact same BambooHR platform, the same data, and the same login. What changes is who manages the relationship and supports your team, not the product itself.

Is there any downtime or disruption?

None that your employees would notice. The account transfer happens between Grouper and BambooHR directly, and your team continues using BambooHR as normal throughout.

Does it cost more to be managed by Grouper?

No. Acquiring your BambooHR subscription through Grouper costs the same as acquiring it directly from BambooHR. The difference is the local account management, support and advisory that comes with it.

What if we are still under contract with our current provider?

That is fine. We can plan the transfer around your renewal date, or start the relationship in parallel so you are ready to move as soon as your current term allows.

Can Grouper help fix things we never configured properly?

Yes. A platform health check and gap assessment is usually the first piece of work once you transfer, so we can find and fix anything that was never set up the way it should have been.
