Що таке Job Description? | HR глосарій | BambooHR
A document setting out the purpose, duties and requirements of a specific role.
A job description defines what a role involves — its purpose, main duties, reporting lines and the skills, experience and qualifications needed. It is the foundation of recruiting for and managing any position.
A well-written description attracts the right candidates, sets clear expectations and provides a fair basis for appraisal and pay decisions.
Keeping descriptions accurate and current matters, as roles evolve and outdated documents cause confusion and undermine performance conversations.
