BambooHR Hiring artık yerleşik bir teklif mektubu oluşturucu içeriyor. İK yöneticileri, aday başvuru verilerinden (ad, rol, maaş, başlangıç tarihi, konum) bilgi çeken birleştirme alanlarını kullanarak şablonlar oluşturur. Bir aday teklif aşamasına ulaştığında, işe alım yöneticisi şablonu seçer, doldurulmuş mektubu inceler ve tek tıkla e-imza için gönderir. Aday teklifi e-posta ile alır ve herhangi bir cihazdan dijital olarak imzalar. İmzalı mektuplar adayın kaydında otomatik olarak saklanır.
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
