Grouper provides a proposal covering the BambooHR subscription and any implementation, migration, training, support or integration services you select. The scope and price depend on your requirements.
What is included in the white-glove implementation?
A programme can cover discovery, configuration, migration, integration, training and go-live. The agreed statement of work identifies which activities are included and how they will be delivered.
Which BambooHR plan will we be on?
We help you choose the right Core, Pro or Elite plan for your headcount and needs, with local invoicing in your currency. Because we advise independently, the recommendation is based on what your organisation actually requires.
Will our account be configured for our region?
Yes. Your account arrives pre-configured for your region, with local date formats, currencies, public holidays and leave rules already in place before you first log in, so it feels right from the start.
How quickly can we be up and running?
A working environment is typically stood up in weeks using our field-tested HRIS methodology. Timelines for larger or multi-entity organisations are phased with clear milestones agreed at the outset.
Are you an authorised BambooHR partner?
Yes. Grouper is an authorised BambooHR partner delivering across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the Middle East and Africa. You get the genuine platform with the added benefit of local implementation and support.
Who delivers the implementation?
A Grouper delivery team and named project manager support the implementation. Team roles, locations and relevant experience are set out for your engagement.
How is our data handled during setup?
Your people data is migrated cleanly, validated and reconciled, and handled in line with GDPR and your data-residency requirements. The platform starts life as a trusted single source of truth rather than a rough import.
What support do we get after go-live?
Your agreed service can include a managed cutover, post-go-live hypercare and ongoing support from a named European team. Your proposal identifies the support channels and service levels included.
How does this differ from acquiring BambooHR licences direct from Utah?
Grouper can provide local implementation, data migration, role-based training, systems integration and account management alongside BambooHR licensing. The commercial proposal sets out subscription and service charges.
How does this stage relate to the rest of the journey?
BambooHR implementation brings together the implementation methodology, data migration and training into your live platform. Once live, you move into managed support and customer success for the long-term life of the platform.
