सामूहिक सौदेबाजी

Collective bargaining वह process है जिसके द्वारा employers (या उनके representatives) और trade unions workers के समूह के employment terms and conditions पर बातचीत करते हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप एक collective agreement बनती है।

यह कर्मचारियों को एक structured, collective voice देता है और constructively संभाले जाने पर industrial relations में stability और predictability ला सकता है।

Employers को किसी भी bargaining का scope, कौन से topics negotiated होते हैं, और agreed changes individual contracts तक कैसे पहुँचते हैं, यह समझना चाहिए।
