A managed cutover and post-go-live hypercare can be included in your implementation scope. Your proposal identifies the coverage, duration and associated charges.

Go-live is the culmination of solution design, implementation, data migration and training, and the runbook draws directly on that work. Once hypercare ends, you move to managed support with a named European team, so there is no gap in cover.
