Time Tracking में क्या नया है
BambooHR Time Tracking को mobile, field-based, या geographically distributed teams वाले संगठनों के लिए काफी बेहतर बनाया गया है। नई सुविधाओं में शामिल हैं: geolocation clock-in (कर्मचारी केवल तभी clock in कर सकते हैं जब वे job site के एक परिभाषित radius के भीतर हों), IP address restrictions (clock-ins केवल approved networks से स्वीकार किए जाते हैं), और clock-in तथा clock-out पर optional photo verification। तीनों verification methods प्रति employee group configurable हैं, इसलिए office teams और field teams अलग नियमों पर काम कर सकते हैं।
Manager approvals और payroll integration
अद्यतन Time Tracking module में पुनः डिज़ाइन किया गया manager approval workflow शामिल है। Managers को unapproved timesheets का दैनिक summary मिलता है और वे अपने mobile से individual entries approve या query कर सकते हैं। Approved hours BambooHR Payroll में स्वचालित रूप से flow होते हैं, जिससे प्रत्येक pay period timesheets को export और re-import करने का manual step हट जाता है। Overtime calculations HRIS में संग्रहीत employment contract terms के आधार पर स्वचालित रूप से लागू होती हैं।
