¿Puede configurar inicio de sesión único con Entra ID?
Yes. We configure single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and, where required, automated provisioning so access follows the joiner, mover, leaver lifecycle. This means people sign in with their existing Microsoft credentials and access is created or removed as their status changes.
Which Microsoft 365 tools can you connect to BambooHR?

How does surfacing HR in Teams help adoption?
People already live in Microsoft 365, so bringing HR notifications, approvals and self-service into Teams and Outlook means processes happen in the flow of work. That reduces the friction of logging into a separate system and lifts adoption of self-service.
What can Power Automate and Power BI add?
Power Automate lets us automate approvals and lifecycle flows across BambooHR and the Microsoft stack, whilst Power BI turns BambooHR data into interactive dashboards for HR and leadership. Together they extend HR into automation and analytics your team already knows.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
Typically your IT or Microsoft 365 administrators, who manage Entra ID and tenant settings, alongside HR for the process side. Grouper provides the integration and security specialists, and we agree responsibilities and permissions before any configuration.
How is security and GDPR handled with Microsoft integration?
Single sign-on and provisioning follow least-privilege, role-based access aligned to your security policy, and personal data stays within your compliant tenant. Access changes are traceable, which gives you a clean audit trail for compliance.
Does SharePoint integration keep HR documents organised?
Yes. We align secure document management and HR content in SharePoint with BambooHR, so records are stored consistently and access respects your permission model. This keeps HR paperwork controlled rather than scattered across mailboxes and drives.
