BambooHR now includes native wellbeing and eNPS surveys, making it easier to measure how your employees are really feeling.
Encuestas de bienestar en BambooHR
La nueva función de Encuestas de Bienestar de BambooHR's permite a los administradores de RR. HH. realizar encuestas breves sobre satisfacción laboral, riesgo de agotamiento, conciliación y eficacia de los responsables. Elige entre plantillas de encuesta preconstruidas o crea una encuesta personalizada con un editor de preguntas de arrastrar y soltar. Las encuestas se distribuyen automáticamente por correo electrónico y mediante la aplicación móvil BambooHR. Los resultados se anonimizan y agregan a nivel de equipo, con un umbral mínimo de cinco respuestas para proteger la confidencialidad individual.
Seguimiento de eNPS y análisis de tendencias
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is now tracked automatically with each survey cycle. BambooHR plots eNPS over time and segments by department, location, and tenure band. Administrators can set a survey cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and BambooHR handles distribution and reminders automatically. Results feed directly into the People Analytics dashboard so you can see the relationship between eNPS and other workforce metrics in one view.
