Introducing Workforce Planning in BambooHR

BambooHR Workforce Planning helps HR and Finance teams align headcount plans with business strategy, all within your existing HRIS.
What Workforce Planning includes
BambooHR Workforce Planning provides a collaborative headcount planning environment where HR and Finance can model scenarios, track approved headcount against actual headcount, and flag gaps before they impact the business. Planned roles are displayed against the live org chart, making it easy to see where approved positions have not yet been filled. Workforce Planning also tracks roles through the recruitment pipeline: once a role moves to 'Offer Accepted' in BambooHR Hiring, it automatically updates the headcount plan.
Scenario modelling
The scenario modelling tool allows HR leaders to create multiple workforce scenarios, such as a base case, a growth case, and a restructuring case, and compare the headcount and cost implications of each. Scenarios can be shared with Finance and leadership for review and approval without leaving BambooHR. Once a scenario is approved, its headcount targets become the baseline for the next planning cycle. Workforce Planning is in beta and available to select BambooHR Pro customers.
