New: Customisable Performance Review Templates in BambooHR

BambooHR's revamped Performance module now includes 12 ready-to-use review templates, a custom question builder, and a new calibration view.
What's new in Performance
The updated Performance module ships with 12 professionally designed review templates including annual appraisals, probationary reviews, 360-degree feedback, and manager effectiveness surveys. Each template is fully customisable: edit questions, adjust the rating scale, add competency frameworks, and set weighting by question category. New calibration view: HR administrators can view all performance ratings for a department or the whole organisation in a single ranked view, making cross-manager calibration sessions significantly faster.
Goal tracking and continuous feedback
Alongside the review templates, BambooHR Performance now includes an enhanced goal-tracking module with OKR and SMART goal formats. Managers and employees can add comments and progress updates to each goal at any time. A new continuous feedback tab allows managers to log observations against an employee's record between formal reviews, building a rich development log that feeds directly into the next review cycle. Available for all BambooHR Pro and Elite customers.
