Product Update: Offer Letters Now Fully Integrated in BambooHR Hiring

Generate, send, and track signed offer letters without leaving BambooHR, and watch approved offers automatically create employee records.
Offer letters, start to finish
BambooHR Hiring now includes a native offer letter builder. HR administrators create templates using merge fields that pull from the candidate's application data (name, role, salary, start date, location). When a candidate reaches the offer stage, the hiring manager selects the template, reviews the populated letter, and sends it for e-signature with one click. The candidate receives the offer by email and signs digitally from any device. Signed letters are stored automatically in the candidate's record.
From offer to employee record
Once a candidate accepts and signs, BambooHR creates a draft employee record automatically, pre-populated with all the data from the application and offer letter. HR simply reviews, adds any additional fields, and confirms the record to activate it. The new hire immediately receives their BambooHR login and any pre-boarding tasks that have been configured in the onboarding workflow. Offer Letters is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers.
