What's new in Hiring
The new drag-and-drop Hiring Workflow Builder replaces the previous fixed pipeline stages with a fully configurable system. Create as many custom stages as your process requires, assign default interviewers and scorecards to each stage, and set automated communications that trigger when a candidate moves between stages. New: one-click candidate comparison view that displays all applicants for a role side by side with their scorecard ratings, making shortlisting decisions faster and more consistent.
Integrated interview scheduling
BambooHR Hiring now integrates directly with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. Interviewers can set their availability in BambooHR; candidates receive a self-scheduling link and choose a slot from the available times. Confirmation emails and calendar invitations are sent automatically. Reminders go out 24 hours before the interview. The scheduling integration is available to all BambooHR Hiring customers from June 2026.
