Introducing Learning and Development Tracking in BambooHR

BambooHR now tracks employee training, qualifications, and development activities alongside all other HR data, in one system of record.
What Learning and Development Tracking includes
BambooHR's new Learning and Development (L&D) Tracking module allows HR administrators to record all training activities for each employee: mandatory compliance training, professional qualifications, internal development programmes, external courses, and conference attendance. Each training record includes the course title, provider, completion date, expiry date (where applicable), and any associated certificate. Automated alerts notify HR and the employee's manager when a qualification is due to expire.
Training compliance reports
The L&D module includes a compliance training dashboard that shows, for each mandatory training requirement, the percentage of employees who are compliant, overdue, or not yet enrolled. HR administrators can bulk-assign mandatory training to employee groups and track completion without manual chasing. Integration with popular LMS platforms including Cornerstone, Docebo, and TalentLMS ensures that completions recorded in the LMS flow automatically into BambooHR.
