BambooHR's Integration Marketplace has grown to more than 200 pre-built connections, including payroll systems (Sage, Xero, ADP, QuickBooks), ATS platforms, LMS providers, productivity suites (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace), identity management tools (Okta, Microsoft Entra), and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Each integration is maintained by a dedicated team and tested with every BambooHR platform release to ensure ongoing compatibility.
Building your own integration
BambooHR's publicly documented REST API enables organisations to build custom integrations for proprietary or niche systems. The API provides full access to employee records, org chart data, absence and time-tracking data, performance and training records, and document management. Webhook support enables real-time event-driven integrations. API documentation, SDKs, and a developer sandbox are available at developers.bamboohr.com.
