Why eNPS belongs in your HRIS
The Employee Net Promoter Score asks one core question: on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this organisation as a place to work? The simplicity of the question, combined with a consistent scoring methodology, makes it possible to track sentiment over time and benchmark against industry peers. By building eNPS directly into BambooHR, you can correlate satisfaction scores with other workforce data, absence, turnover, and performance, in a way that standalone survey tools cannot.
Running your first eNPS survey
From the Surveys section in BambooHR, select eNPS, choose your distribution group (all employees, a department, or a specific location), set the delivery date, and BambooHR handles everything else. Results are displayed as an eNPS score from minus 100 to plus 100, with a breakdown of Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), and Detractors (0-6). Optional follow-up open-text questions capture qualitative context. Run monthly, quarterly, or at any frequency that suits your culture.
